Wellness Walk and Personal training
This program is designed to take you on guided walks in the Boston/Watertown/Newton area. Train on your own, or in a small group. This is a structured 3 or 5 session, walking workout which includes different components of fitness: mobilization, resistance exercises, intervals, cool-down, and flexibility.
A full movement screen assessment is taken to help determine movement dysfunction, and corrective exercises are given accordingly. An emphasis is placed upon corrective exercise, and how important it is to keeping you moving.
This workout is designed to give big results and help you form habits to change your life long term.
Each walking trail offers something different depending upon fitness levels and preference.
Personal training at home/park/office is another option, and can be used in addition to walking.
